"The Ferraris were too quick,but I was able to increase the gap from the cars following me.After the second pitstop I reduced the revs to save the engine and took it easy.I didnt feel very well all weekend and it was very hot in the car,so the last ten laps were pretty tough.But it all paid off with a brilliant result"

KUALA LUMPUR, 9 Mac (Hrkh) - Parti-parti pembangkang berjaya menumbangkan kerajaan negeri Barisan Nasional pimpinan Dato' Seri Dr Mohd Khir Toyo di Selangor.
Setiausaha Akhbar Presiden PAS, Roslan Shahir Mohd Shahir yang juga Yang Dipertua PAS Kawasan Subang mengesahkan DAP, KeADILan dan PAS sedang bermesyuarat sekarang ini untuk mencari formula terbaik menubuhkan kerajaan negeri.
Katanya, DAP memenangi 14 kerusi Dewan Undangan Negeri, KeADILan 11 kerusi, manakala PAS memperolehi 9 kerusi.
Dengan ini katanya, pembangkang berjaya merampas 35 daripada 56 kerusi di Selangor.
Bagi keseluruhan keputusan
"BA telah berjaya menubuhkan kerajaan di lima buah negeri iaitu Kelantan,Kedah, Pulau Pinang,Perak dan Selangor," kata Mantan Timbalan Perdana Menteri Anwar Ibrahim di hadapan lebih 50 wartawan dan jurugambar luar dan dalam negeri.
Kata Anwar juga setakat keputusan diperolehi, KeADILan telah memenangi lebih 30 kerusi Parlimen, PAS sejumlah 27 manakala DAP juga mendapat 27 kerusi namun keputusan muktamad dan rasmi masih ditunggu oleh pihaknya.
